This bright and cheery cabinet has 3 doors on the front that enclose 3 separate storage spaces. Each storage space measures 15” tall x 19” wide x 17” deep and includes an adjustable shelf. There is also a 1.5” diameter hole in the back of each storage bay to accommodate cords and wires for electronic versatility. The two doors on the ends have soft close hinges that swing out. The door in the middle is a soft open and close flap that hinges down with steel stays on the sides for stability. 

The doors are comprised of angled offcuts upcycled from previous woodworking projects. The stripes on these offcut pieces become exposed when angles are cut into the face of the plywood. The door pulls are fabricated from maple plywood. They sit on brass washers to add just a hint of metallic bling. 

The Marigold Credenza is a joy to live with. It offers different experiences under varying ambient light levels. The bright yellow practically radiates its own sunlight in the daytime. And in the evenings, with low light levels, the three-dimensional angles of the striped door pieces create a visually dynamic surface that becomes all about shadows on the angled planes.

There are multiple possibilities for shipping this credenza, either by a professional shipping company or by me and my husband in Stan our cargo van. In general, if you live within a 2 hour drive from Fort Collins, CO, I will deliver it for free. If you live a few more hours away, I will deliver it for a reasonable fee. If you live a lot further away, there might be a chance you could still convince me to take a road trip and drive it to you for a larger fee. Once we decide the best shipping/delivery option, I will then charge you the appropriate amount for the shipping.
