The steel angled bits on this piece are leftover brackets from the drawer slides I like to use. I had a band saw blade go dull so I cut it up and made some loops with it, teeth side up. This one will scratch you if you aren’t careful! Because I didn’t want to mess with connecting the band saw blade to the steel brackets, I poured epoxy over it to glue them in place and make it slightly drippy. The pooled epoxy makes a nice clear frame around the base.
